All residential orders within the United States are shipped via FedEx 2-Day Air.

Once an order has been dispatched and handed off to FedEx, NG Peptides is no longer responsible for shipping transit times.

While we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, we are happy to assist by contacting our FedEx representative to help investigate delayed shipments when possible.

NG Peptides is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged during transit by FedEx.

Shipping protection must be selected at checkout for coverage. Orders without shipping protection are not eligible for reimbursement or replacement in the event of loss, delay, or damage.
