How orders leave us, how they travel, and what we can change once they have.
Do you ship cold? Why don’t my orders come with ice packs?
No — and they don’t need to. Our products ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, which is stable at ambient temperature for normal shipping durations. Cold-chain packaging is designed for materials already in solution, which are far more sensitive to temperature. In dry powder form, the water that drives degradation has already been removed, so a few days at room temperature during transit does not meaningfully affect the material.
Ice packs and gel packs also give a false sense of security on a multi-day shipment. They typically lose their cooling capacity within 24 to 48 hours, well before a standard ground package arrives, so a package that “felt cold” on arrival and one that didn’t may have had nearly identical transit conditions.
Refrigeration matters for long-term storage and after reconstitution — not for shipping powder. Storage recommendations for each product appear on the product page.
My package arrived warm, or sat in a hot mailbox. Is the product ruined?
No. Lyophilized powder tolerates the temperature range of normal shipping, including summer heat and winter freezing. Warmth on arrival is expected and is not an indication of a compromised product.
Because this is expected, we don’t accept refund, replacement, or credit claims based on transit temperature or the absence of cold packaging. If the powder looks physically wrong on arrival — for example, it has liquefied, turned to gel, or the vial is cracked or unsealed — that’s a different issue. Contact us with photos and we’ll review it.
How long does processing take?
The majority of orders are processed and dispatched within 36 hours of purchase. Processing time is separate from transit time.
If your order has not been dispatched within that timeframe, contact our support team. In most cases the delay is stock availability or a backordered item. Orders may also take longer during high-volume periods, or if payment verification, fraud screening, or eligibility review is required.
How long does shipping take once it’s out the door?
All residential orders within the United States are shipped via FedEx 2-Day Air. All dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Only before fulfillment begins, and we can’t guarantee it. Contact us immediately at cs@ngpeptide.com with your order number.
Once a label is created, the address is locked. Please double-check your address — including apartment, unit, or suite number — before you complete checkout. We ship exactly what’s entered, and we’re not able to cover losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We have no plans to ship outside of the USA at any point in the future.
Do you ship to freight forwarders or package-forwarding services?
No. Orders sent to freight forwarders, consolidators, or reshippers aren’t eligible for shipment protection, replacement, or refund.
Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?
We sometimes split an order across shipments at no extra cost to you. Check every tracking number associated with the order before reporting a missing item.
What shipment protection covers, the reporting windows, and what falls outside them.
What is shipment protection and should I add it?
Shipment protection is an optional add-on you select at checkout. It’s what covers you if a package is lost in transit, stolen after delivery, or damaged on the way.
If you don’t purchase it, we can’t cover a lost, stolen, or damaged package. Once we hand the package to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you, and your recourse is a claim filed directly with the carrier. We’ll provide the order and tracking records you need to support that claim, but we can’t issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.
It’s inexpensive relative to the order value. We recommend it, especially for addresses where packages sit unattended.
My tracking says delivered but I never got it.
Contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan. First, check with neighbors, building management, mailrooms, and around the property — carriers sometimes scan early or leave packages in unexpected spots.
If shipment protection was purchased, we’ll review the claim and may resolve it with a replacement or store credit. We may ask for a signed statement or a police report. If it wasn’t purchased, we can supply your records for a carrier claim, but we can’t replace the order.
My package arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer box, the shipping label, and the damaged contents. Don’t throw away the packaging — carriers frequently require it for inspection.
Something is missing or I got the wrong product.
Report fulfillment errors within 5 days of delivery. Verified errors on our end are corrected regardless of whether shipment protection was purchased.
What doesn’t shipment protection cover?
Address errors you supplied, refused or unclaimed packages, damage after delivery, temperature-related claims, opened or reconstituted product, improper storage on your end, and claims filed outside the windows above. Full details are in the Shipping Policy.
Keeping material intact before use — and the line we can’t cross on protocols.
How should I store the product when it arrives?
Follow the storage information on the product page and packaging. In general, lyophilized powder is kept sealed, dry, cool, and away from light. Refrigeration or freezing extends shelf life; the powder does not degrade at room temperature over the span of a shipment.
Does storage change after reconstitution?
Yes, significantly. Once a product is in solution it becomes far more sensitive to temperature, light, and contamination, and its usable window is much shorter. Refer to your protocol and to the product page for the relevant conditions.
Can you tell me how to reconstitute it?
No. We provide product specifications and storage information, but we can’t provide reconstitution protocols, concentrations, dosing, or administration guidance. Those decisions belong to the qualified researcher and depend entirely on the research application.
What diluent should I use?
Diluent selection is part of your research protocol. Where bacteriostatic water is appropriate for a laboratory protocol, we recommend authentic, unexpired Hospira Bacteriostatic Water from a reputable, authorized source, purely because diluent quality varies widely between suppliers and counterfeit product is common.
We can’t verify or guarantee any third-party diluent, and we can’t guarantee results for material reconstituted with one. This is a note about consistency in laboratory research — it is not an instruction or authorization for administration to humans or animals.
Once I’ve opened or reconstituted a vial, can you still evaluate a problem with it?
We’ll look at it, but there are real limits. After a vial is opened, punctured, transferred, mixed, or reconstituted, we can no longer verify purity, sterility, concentration, or integrity, because storage, handling, diluent quality, and technique are all outside our control at that point. Those claims are reviewed individually.
What research use only means, and what a certificate does and doesn’t establish.
What does “research use only” actually mean?
It means these products are sold for laboratory and in-vitro research only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, not for consumption or administration in any form, and not for use as drugs, supplements, foods, or cosmetics. Nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
By ordering, you’re confirming you’re at least 21, that you’re purchasing for legitimate research, and that you have the qualifications and facilities to handle the material safely and lawfully.
Where can I find the Certificate of Analysis?
COAs are published in the certificate library and on the product page. A certificate is filed against the lot number on the vial; where a lot has not been filed yet, the record reads PENDING rather than showing a stand-in figure. If you need the COA for a specific batch or lot, contact cs@ngpeptide.com with your lot number.
What does a COA tell me — and what doesn’t it?
A COA reflects what testing found in a specific sample, using specific methods, at the time of testing. It doesn’t guarantee a particular research result, doesn’t establish suitability for your application, and doesn’t account for anything that happens after testing or delivery, including transit, your storage, or reconstitution.
Can you tell me what this compound does or whether it’s right for my research?
We can share product specifications and publicly available research information. We can’t advise on whether a compound suits your research design, and we can’t provide anything resembling medical, therapeutic, or treatment guidance. Independent evaluation of the literature is the researcher’s responsibility.
Accounts, eligibility, and what happens when an order needs changing or refunding.
Do I need an account to order?
An account is required for every order.
Is there a minimum age to purchase?
Yes. You must be at least 21 years old.
Why was my order held or canceled?
Orders can be held or canceled for payment verification, fraud screening, address problems, inventory, shipping restrictions, eligibility concerns, suspected resale, or prior chargebacks.
If your order was canceled and already paid, the amount is returned to the original payment method.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us immediately at cs@ngpeptide.com. Once fulfillment begins we generally can’t modify, combine, split, redirect, or cancel an order.
What’s your return policy?
Because of chain-of-custody and integrity requirements, all sales are final except as described in our Refund and Return Policy or as required by law. We don’t accept returns for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, research outcomes, protocol incompatibility, or any product that’s been opened, punctured, transferred, mixed, or reconstituted.
Verified fulfillment errors, transit damage, missing items, and material defects in unopened product are handled as described above.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Codes can be combined only where checkout expressly allows it. Where they can’t be combined, the code accepted at checkout is the one that applies.
I think I was charged incorrectly.
Email cs@ngpeptide.com with your order number before contacting your bank. Most billing issues resolve in a single exchange, and a chargeback filed before we’ve had a chance to look at it takes far longer to unwind for everyone.
Applying, commission, payout timing, and what you may not claim when promoting.
How do I become a partner?
Apply through the Partner Program page. Applications are reviewed, and you must be at least 21 with accurate contact, payment, and tax information.
What’s the commission?
Commission is tiered on referred revenue, starting at 10% and rising to 25% at the top tier. The Partner Program page carries the current ladder and an estimator that computes against it.
Customers get 10% off when they use an approved partner code.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are paid monthly, subject to a $50 minimum payout threshold and a 30-day review period after the order date to account for cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks. Balances under the threshold roll to the next period.
How long does my referral link stay attributed?
A tracked link attributes purchases completed within 30 days of the customer’s most recent click. If a customer enters your code at checkout, the code controls attribution regardless of the window.
What can’t I say when promoting products?
No medical, therapeutic, disease, weight-loss, performance, hormonal, or anti-aging claims. No dosing, administration, or reconstitution instructions. No depicting or describing personal use. You must include a research-use notice — “For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.” — and a clear partner disclosure near your link or code.
Full requirements are in the Partner Program terms you accept on approval.
Still need help?
Please include your order number. We can’t provide medical, dosing, or administration guidance under any circumstances — questions about personal health belong with a licensed healthcare provider.
